Dr. Casey Beksha, DAc, LAc
Casey Beksha, DAc, LAc, is a licensed acupuncturist at AIM Health in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from the State University of New York at Potsdam and a master’s degree in acupuncture from The New England School of Acupuncture in Watertown, Massachusetts.
She is licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health and Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and is recognized as a Diplomate in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). In addition, Casey has completed over 245 hours of post-graduate studies in sports medicine.
In her career spanning almost a decade, Casey has worked with hundreds of patients addressing a multitude of injuries and illnesses. Her treatment of high-profile patients, such as players for the New England Patriots, UFC and professional MMA fighters, and the cast and crew of “The New Mutants,” is a testament to her reputation as an orthopedic specialist.
In addition to her practice as an acupuncturist, Casey has been an energy healer and yoga teacher for over twenty years. She uses her years of medical training, spiritual foundation, and innate healing ability to assess, diagnose, and treat issues and illnesses.
Casey has studied profound spiritual teachings in India and has been on the continuance of a spiritual path with a sacred yoga practice for most of her life. She enjoys teaching meditation and authentic yoga to her students and patients.
Casey has always been an athlete. When she is not at work, she can be found doing Muay Thai boxing, Jiujitsu, running, or at her meditation practice.
